KCMO Rush Announces Hiring of Director of Goalkeeping, Natasha Flores

KCMO Rush is thrilled to announce the hiring of Natasha Flores as its new Director of Goalkeeping. Flores brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the club, having coached for 12 years at the club, middle school, high school, JUCO, and NCAA levels.

Flores holds an impressive list of qualifications, including a United Soccer Coaches (USC) National Diploma, a USC Goalkeeping Level 1 Diploma, and recognition as part of USC's 30 Under 30 (Class of 2019-2020). She also possesses a US Soccer D License, a US Soccer C License (in progress), and a US Soccer Goalkeeping C License.

Throughout her coaching career spanning Indiana, Georgia, and Missouri, Flores has consistently demonstrated her ability to develop talented goalkeepers. Highlights include:

  • Undefeated Season: Coached the Goshen MS JV Girls team to an undefeated record against both JV and Varsity competition.
  • Championship Coach: Led the Bremen HS Varsity Girls team as Head Coach to a Northern Indiana Conference - South Division Championship in 2019, while also earning Coach of the Year honors for the division.
  • Experienced College Coach: Flores has experience coaching goalkeepers at the collegiate level with Georgia Military College (NJCAA Division I), Wesleyan College (NCAA Division III), and William Jewell College (NCAA Division II).
  • ODP Staff Coach: She has served on the Kansas ODP Staff as both a coach and a goalkeeper coach.

We are confident that Natasha will elevate our goalkeeper program and help our athletes achieve their full potential.”

Flores expressed her enthusiasm about joining KCMO Rush, stating, “I am honored to be named the Director of Goalkeeping at KCMO Rush. This club has a strong reputation for player development, and I am excited to contribute my experience and passion for goalkeeping to help our athletes excel. I look forward to working with the talented goalkeepers at KCMO Rush and helping them reach their goals.”
